The latest excuse from Democrats and their supporters in the media for why Electors should vote for anyone other than Trump on December 19th is that the Russians, by hacking the DNC and exposing their emails, have interfered with our Presidential election and tilted the election results to Trump.
It was reported in July of this year that the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations released a report detailing how the Obama administration interfered with last years parliamentary elections in Israel. The State Department sent $350,000 of US tax dollars to a group in Israel called OneVoice that used the money to actively campaign against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who was running for re-election. (In the opinion of 2setsofrules, the Obama administration has been decidedly anti-Netanyahu since day one.)
Assuming for the moment that it was the Russians who hacked the DNC, the Obama administration is guilty of actions far worse than simple hacking. The State Department and the Obama administration didn’t just release some emails scooped up by say the NSA – they took intentional action to actively campaign against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
2setsofrules wants to know where is the video by Hollywood liberals complaining about the US interfering in another country’s election? Right on cue, the LSM completely ignores the US directly interfering in another country’s election but is appalled – the line from the movie Casablanca, “round up the usual suspects”, comes to mind here – by supposed Russian hacking.
If the Democrat’s and the LSM are really concerned about one country interfering in the election process of another country, they should look in the mirror.
