Headline: Judge Emmet Sullivan still refusing to dismiss Michael Flynn case

From Just the News, Judge Emmett Sullivan still refusing to dismiss Michael Flynn case.

Simply incredible.  This judge wants to be judge, jury and executioner.

The man has been pardoned – why doesn’t the judge dismiss the case?  As mentioned in the article, it’s pretty clear Sullivan is looking for some way to still bring charges against Flynn.  Which, is what’s really infuriating because the DOJ dropped the charges.  So the judge wants to some how keep the charges in place.  This is the worst kind of political activism.

How can he claim to be impartial ? Sullivan needs to be impeached.

If this isn’t an example of 2 sets-of-rules, I don’t know what is.   Sullivan apparently believes there is one set of rules for Flynn – and himself – and one for everyone else.  He clearly cannot see past his political issues.   What if every judge behaved this way?
