According to a report in The Washington Free Beacon, Kamala Harris descended from slaves. This is according to writings by her father.
Also noted in the report is how NBC news recently reported on how Senator Mitch McConnell descended from slaves.
Senator McConnell’s response was priceless, he said “You know, I find myself once again in the same position as President Obama,” McConnell said. “We both oppose reparations, and we both are the descendants of slaveholders.”
So what’s the point? The point is how much do you want to bet NBC News won’t be doing too much investigative journalism into how former President Obama or Kamala Harris also descended from slave owners.
Interestingly, NBC News didn’t find it newsworthy to note in the above article that both Obama and Harris also descended from slave owners. Maybe that’s because there is two sets-of-rules when it comes to R’s and D’s in the mainstream media.
As a side note, mobs dominated by antifa and BLM, have recently been tearing down statues of old white men who owned slaves. 2setsofrules doubts they will be protesting outside Ms. Harris’s house or office in D.C. Raise your hand if you think they will voice opposition to her candidacy. (I don’t see any hands raised.)
