Here is an article that links to many – way too many – Twitter posts where users are saying that Tom Brady is racist because he won the Super Bowl during Black History month. One went so far as to say that Mahomes should have won because he’s black.
How do you rationally respond to these kind of statements? From a rational perspective, Tom Brady doesn’t pick when the Super Bowl is played.
Probably the best thing to do with regard to this kind of nonsense is to ignore it.
Unfortunately, this is the type of cancel culture crap that seems to be infecting the dems/libs/progressives.
At some point one wants to ask are these people racist for making those statements? Moreover, do their statements incite violence against Tom Brady? Shouldn’t their Twitter accounts be suspended? At the very least, do they get a warning? Of course the answer to all is no -that only happens to conservatives. There’s a different set of rules for dems/libs/progs.
