Media Matters, a left wing site, has recently been the source of attacks on Tucker Carlson, a host on Fox News. Media Matters has published comments made by Tucker Carlson years ago – comments made on a shock jock radio show.
Media Matters is trying to shut Tucker Carlson down by organizing protests against advertisers on Carlson’s TV show. Media Matters is more than just the speech police – they want to shut down conservative talk, period. By any means necessary.
The problem, is the president of Media Matters has a history of racist comments. And this is where two sets-of-rules are clearly on display. If the issue was truly about bad things someone has said, then the president of Media Matters would be accused of the same thing Media Matters is trying to use to shut down Tucker Carlson.
But lo, the left wing main stream media (MSM) doesn’t seem to care about that.
Here is a video from The Daily Wire where the president of Media Matters is on MSNBC talking to the host about the supposed speech crimes of Tucker Carlson. And yet, the MSNBC host doesn’t ask the Media Matters president one question about his past racist comments.
Media Matters is a mob. Much of the MSM acts like a mob.
