And why you might ask? Because they are preferred by smokers in the black community.

So why not just ban all cigarettes? Wouldn’t it therefore make sense that non-menthol cigarettes disproportionately hurt white Americans ? So ban them too !!!
The proposal itself is racist – which, what else do you expect from the left ? Are the civil rights activists saying Black Americans are incapable of deciding for themselves – as opposed to white Americans – about what to smoke and so big Government has to look after them ? At best the proposal is an insult, at worst, it’s government racism.
